As a leading scientific project partner, we are working in the Future Centre Mecklenburg-Vorpommern + to identify and make visible the future-critical issues and support needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in the state.

About the research

Another focus of our work is linked to these topics: we advise and support companies in their clarification work and in developing organisational solutions. We also contribute our expertise on topics such as digitalisation, organisational and personnel development, leadership and healthy work. However, our role as process consultants takes centre stage, as we offer companies a framework for understanding problems, developing their own solutions and testing their effectiveness.
