Environmental, Energy and Infrastructure Law

A specialization with future — for the future!

In the specialization “Environmental, Energy and Infrastructure Law"  topics of general and special administrative law relevant to examination and practice are discussed in a research-oriented manner. In addition, the focus is also on European administrative law, including its economic and environmental law aspects. There is also the opportunity to take part in the Environmental Moot Court European Law (EMCEL). This is accompanied by the opportunity to obtain a certificate for successful participation in a “course to impart interdisciplinary key qualifications” in accordance with Section 5 (2) No. 3 JAPO-MV (prerequisite for registration for the first state legal examination).
